Instructions for Camera-Ready Submission and Registration

Step 1: Prepare Final Paper Manuscript

Papers should follow the IEEE single-spaced, double-column format for conference paper. You can find the template
Papers should NOT have: Page numbers, Headers, Footers, The authors’ introduction in the end of the paper.

Step 2: Generate the final PDF file and obtain the IEEE eXpress compliance email

Failing to submit an IEEE Xplore® compatible PDF file may result in the file not being included in the conference proceedings. In order to assure that all submitted PDF files are IEEE Xplore® compliant, your camera ready paper must pass the format checks in IEEE PDFXpress before upload to CMT system. The service is free of charge for ICAC 2016 authors.

The following information is intended to guide you on formatting your final paper, ensuring your PDF file is IEEE Xplore® compliant.
