• Each paid registration at the basic rate covers only one paper per person.
• If the author is registered as a student, the proof of the student state is necessary to be submitted with this form. (e.g. Scan of Student ID, Certification of Registration from your Affiliation)

Registration Fee

Student registration: GBP £140
Non-student registration: GBP £200

A £20 discount will be offered if a valid IEEE membership (full or student) is held by the first author of the paper. (proof of membership is required)

Copyright Form

One copyright form per paper has to be provided. Please fill in the Copyright Form and sign it (the signature of corresponding author is sufficient). Either a digitally signed or scanned version of the copyright form (PDF format) needs to be submitted together with the final paper.
