Author Registration

All accepted papers MUST have at least one registered author before the paper submission. Each regular conference registration is able to cover only one paper’s registration. Only the paper with paid registration by 21st July 2019 will be included into the conference USB-Disc proceedings and appeared in IEEE Xplore. The author should fill out the Registration Form. If the author is registered as a student, the proof of the student state is necessary to be submitted with this form. More details can be found in Instructions for Registration.

You need to login the CMT paper submission system and upload paper files including final paper manuscript, PDF Express compliance email, copyright form, registration form, etc. Please click Submission on the left for more submission detail.

NOTE: Authors requiring a invitation letter to attend the conference should check the “Letter of Invitation” below.

Registration Fee

Student registration: £160

Non-student registration: £220

A £20 discount will be offered if a valid IEEE membership (full or student) is held by the first author of the paper (proof of membership is required).

In case that the paper has more than 6 pages, additional charge will be needed for the extra pages (£25 per extra page). For multiple submissions, the authors need to register the papers individually and the additional paper charge is £130 per additional paper.

Letter of Invitation

Please contact Prof. Hui Yu, hui.yu@port.ac.uk, to request a letter. Requests MUST include following information:

1. Full name including Salutation (Mr., Ms., Mrs.), in the order of Salutation, Given (First) Name, Family (Last) Name
2. Paper ID number and Title if applicable
3. Mailing address and affiliation (business or school)

The official invitation letter will be available to ONLY those who have completed online registration with a proper payment.
