Call for Special Session Proposals
The 2025 International Conference on Automation and Computing (ICAC 2025) is now inviting Special Session Proposals aligned with this year conference topics.

Special Session Guidelines:
- A special session should focus on a specific research topic relevant to the ICAC2025 conference.
- Each special session is expected to have no less than five regular papers.
- Special session organisers are responsible for inviting the papers, arranging/advising the reviewers. ICAC2025 special session chairs will assist organising those sessions and ensure the quality and success.
The proposal should contain:
- Session title
- The proposed topics and scope of the special session
- Anticipated number of papers including the potential authors and papers’ titles
- The proposed session chair(s) along with a short biograph emphasising the track record of conference/session organisation.
Key dates:
– Proposal due: 28 Feb 2025
– Proposal notification: within two weeks after submission
