The International Conference on Automation and Computing (ICAC2024) provide a platform for both academia and industry professionals to present their latest research findings in different aspects of automation and computing.

This is to call for submission of posters showing innovative and original research in all aspects of automation, control, manufacturing and computer science. Submissions from both industry and academia are strongly encouraged. Accepted posters will be displayed in the conference venue, including a designated poster session, providing a forum to discuss novel ideas and emerging results, presenting innovative applications and tools, and bring about novel research questions, approaches, and directions.

Poster submission deadline: 15 July 2024

Notification of acceptance: 22 July 2024

Registration deadline: 29 July 2024

Submission Guidelines

Poster dimensions should be A0 size (84.1cm width x 118.9cm height). The poster should include the following information:

1) Topic: A title for the poster of no more than 20 words;

2) Author details: Full names and contact details of author(s).

The authors are also requested to submit a two-page extended-abstract in the IEEE format.

All submissions must be made electronically through the Google Docs Forms (https://forms.gle/mAjTrUQ5iKSehbvL7). Submissions will be reviewed by the ICAC technical committee with diverse expertise in areas related to automation and computing. The poster will be included in the conference program, but it won’t be included in the ICAC2024 Conference proceeding or uploaded to IEEE xplore.
Once accepted, we recommend you carry your physical poster to be hung up on poster boards. We can also print posters on site for a charge. The prices are listed on conference website along with the registration charges (please seletct “In Person Attendance (no paper)”).
